Founded in 1467

Distillery Heritage

Founded in 1467 by Wang Hong, the "Wang Zhu" distillery in Guizhou Province developed a unique distillation process creating distinctive aromas, passed down through generations.

Distillation Process Development

In 1568, the successor Wang Yuan elevated the production process, emphasizing the concept of "refined craftsmanship." In 1886, Wang Hao discovered the special properties of red soil in the Chishui River valley and local airborne microorganisms that enhanced the liquor's taste and quality.

Role in Chinese History

In 1935, Wang Yongshi provided Wang Zhu distillery's spirits to support the Chinese Red Army during wartime, used for treating injuries and boosting morale.

in 1997

Development and Success

1997: The 17th generation heirs - Wang Lun, Wang Li, and Wang Peng registered key brands including Hero Crossing, National Crossing, Wang Family Liquor, and Hua Jiang. 2008: Established "China's First Baijiu Bank" under Guizhou Zhongshou Group. 2010: Increased production capacity to over 12,000 tons/year of aromatic liquor with a storage capacity of 100,000 tons.

2020: Wang Li launched Bangkok Muotai, expanding markets across Asia, Europe, and worldwide, making history in Thailand's white spirits industry.
